This simple, natural remedy uses only two ingredients and is quick to prepare.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Combine the cornstarch (or arrowroot) and ground cinnamon in a small bowl, stirring until evenly mixed. Transfer the blend to a clean shaker, jar, or powder sifter for easy application.

Lightly dust the powder onto affected areas of skin to help reduce moisture and soothe heat rash. Use sparingly—just a light coating is enough. Avoid applying to broken, irritated, or highly sensitive skin (cuts, open sores, or rashes that are weeping). If you have a known cinnamon sensitivity or allergy, do not use this product.

This mixture absorbs sweat, can help reduce friction, and leaves a pleasant, warming scent. Store the powder in a cool, dry place and discard if it becomes damp or discolored.
