Meal Plan Tips:

Thanksgiving week is here, and this plan is built to help you enjoy the holiday instead of rush through it. I’ve scheduled two Thanksgiving-style meals: an extended family lunch earlier in the week and our traditional meal on Thursday. Because of that, Sunday’s dinner is an easy “breakfast for supper” so I can pace the preparations and enjoy time with family.

Balsamic Beef French Dip Sandwiches from addapinch.com

Saturday: Balsamic Beef French Dip Sandwiches — This balsamic roast beef is a longtime favorite. I often make the roast in the slow cooker, which yields a rich gravy perfect for dipping the sandwiches. Slow cooking makes the meat tender and lets you prep sides or desserts while it cooks.

Sunday: Breakfast for Supper — With a big family lunch planned earlier, supper should be simple. French toast takes only minutes to assemble and is always a crowd-pleaser. Bake the bacon in the oven for even cooking and less mess, or make it ahead and reheat. Mini quiches freeze beautifully, so making a batch in advance gives you a ready-to-serve option for busy holiday days.

Alfredo Sauce Recipe - Made of cream, butter, and garlic, this quick and easy alfredo sauce recipe comes together quickly for a comforting homemade classic! // addapinch.com

Monday: Fettuccine Alfredo — A classic and comforting choice that comes together in under 30 minutes. Prepare the Alfredo sauce while the pasta cooks for a fast, satisfying dinner. Pair with a simple house salad you can toss together or make ahead and dress at the last minute.

The Best Chicken Enchiladas are definite favorites! They begin in the crockpot, are easy to make and are amazing with my quick homemade enchilada sauce! //addapinch.com

Tuesday: Chicken Enchiladas — If you cook chicken in the slow cooker earlier in the day or the day before, assembling enchiladas becomes a quick task. A simple blender-style enchilada sauce takes minutes and tastes fresh, making this dinner both easy and flavorful.

Sweet Potato Casserole is a southern classic. With a rich, buttery taste and crunchy topping, sweet potato casserole makes a perfect side dish or a dessert. // addapinch.com

Thursday: Make-Ahead Thanksgiving — Plan and prepare as much as you can in advance so the day itself is relaxed. When sides and casseroles are ready or only need reheating, you’ll have time to enjoy the parade and conversations instead of being tied to the kitchen.

Turkey Wrap from addapinch.com

Friday: Turkey Day, Take Two — Use leftover turkey for salads, wraps, sandwiches, and casseroles. A simple turkey salad or a hearty wrap makes for an easy, satisfying meal and stretches your holiday leftovers into another enjoyable day.

Wishing you a peaceful, delicious Thanksgiving week. Plan ahead where you can, prioritize the moments you want to savor, and rely on make-ahead staples to keep the holiday relaxed.
