Ingredients
- 10 oz canned white tuna, chunked and drained
- 1 tablespoon onions, chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoon pickle relish
- 8 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Instructions

Preheat the broiler. Toast the bread and set it aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped onion, and pickle relish. Mix until well combined. Spoon the tuna mixture onto 4 slices of the toasted bread.

Top each portion with a slice of Swiss cheese and place under the broiler until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Remove, top with the remaining bread slices, and serve immediately.
