Ingredients

  

  • 10 oz canned white tuna, chunked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon onions, chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoon pickle relish
  • 8 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the broiler. Toast the bread and set it aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped onion, and pickle relish. Mix until well combined. Spoon the tuna mixture onto 4 slices of the toasted bread.
  • Top each portion with a slice of Swiss cheese and place under the broiler until the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Remove, top with the remaining bread slices, and serve immediately.
