I’ve gathered 12 of my favorite easy tofu recipes — each one simple, flavorful, and approachable. Most of these dishes come together in 30 minutes or less and use everyday ingredients, making them ideal for weeknight dinners (and there’s even a breakfast!). They’re perfect if you’re new to cooking with tofu or just want quick, satisfying meals.
