Vegan Strawberry Milkshake Recipe — Creamy Dairy-Free Smoothie

A sweet, creamy strawberry shake—somewhere between a smoothie and a milkshake. Naturally vegan and banana-free.

Healthy Vegan Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie (No Banana, Low Fat)

Strawberries have been my obsession lately. Spotting some retro-style milk bottles inspired me to make this Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie—playful, pink, and comforting.

There’s something about sipping a drink from a cute bottle with a straw that makes it taste even better.

If you follow my recipes, you’ll know I avoid bananas because of an allergy. This smoothie is banana-free, so it’s suitable for anyone with a banana intolerance or those who simply prefer not to use banana in smoothies.

The base is dairy-free yoghurt, which lends a thick, creamy texture. For a lower-fat version, choose soy yoghurt; coconut yoghurt also works well if you want a richer taste.

This drink is an excellent kid-friendly alternative to a traditional strawberry milkshake and makes a quick, nutritious breakfast or snack.
