Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans washed, trimmed, and cut into thirds
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey optional — omit or reduce to half depending on desired sweetness
Instructions

Wash the green beans, trim any woody ends, and cut them into thirds. Place the beans in a mixing bowl.

Add sesame oil, garlic powder, peanut butter, dark soy sauce, and honey if using.

Toss with tongs or your hands to coat the beans evenly in the sauce.

Transfer the coated green beans to the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible.

Air fry at 340°F for 15–17 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.

Remove the green beans and transfer to a serving plate.
