  • silicone air fryer basket liner , optional for easy clean up

Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans washed, trimmed, and cut into thirds
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey optional — omit or reduce to half depending on desired sweetness

Instructions

  • Wash the green beans, trim any woody ends, and cut them into thirds. Place the beans in a mixing bowl.

  • Add sesame oil, garlic powder, peanut butter, dark soy sauce, and honey if using.

  • Toss with tongs or your hands to coat the beans evenly in the sauce.

  • Transfer the coated green beans to the air fryer basket in a single layer if possible.

  • Air fry at 340°F for 15–17 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.

  • Remove the green beans and transfer to a serving plate.
  • Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired and serve warm. Enjoy!
